Robert Mardian is an associate attorney in the Litigation Group at Henderson, Caverly, Pum & Charney LLP.

Mr. Mardian obtained his bachelor’s degree from University of San Diego in 1997 as well as a master’s degree in National Security Studies from Georgetown University in 1999. Mr. Mardian obtained his law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2002.

From 2007-2008, Mr. Mardian served as an adjunct professor of contract law for the University of San Diego Paralegal Program.

Mr. Mardian is admitted to practice before all California state courts; the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit; and the United States District Courts for the Northern, Central and Southern Districts of California.
