Bret A. Bartolotta is an associate attorney at Henderson, Caverly, Pum & Charney LLP, practicing in the areas of Business Restructuring and Insolvency and Business and Real Property Transactions.

Mr. Bartolotta received his law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1999 and his MSBA in Finance from San Diego State University in 2001. Before enrolling in law school, Mr. Bartolotta attended Vanderbilt University where he received his bachelor’s degree in U.S. History in 1996.

Immediately prior to joining Henderson, Caverly, Pum & Charney LLP, Mr. Bartolotta practiced in the San Diego office of Luce, Forward, Hamilton & Scripps LLP as a member of its Real Estate Securities and Finance Group, focusing on Regulation D securities and syndicated real estate offerings. Mr. Bartolotta also has significant general business transactional experience, at one time serving as General Counsel and Vice President of Program Development for a start-up company where he drafted the business plan and the private offering documents, developed the financial model, and drafted and negotiated agreements between the company and potential investors, business partners and independent contractors.
