Starting February 1, 2017:

  • 3% processing fee will apply to all payments made with credit and debit cards.  
  • 1% processing fee for ACH or electronic payments. 

HCPT will continue to accept paper checks and wires which will not incur any processing fee.  Additionally, any payment towards invoiced fees and cost received within ten days of invoice date will continue to receive a 1% early payment discount.

Retainer payments and other trust account deposits do not receive early payment discount nor do payments made from trust account funds.

Pay Your Invoice, Trust or Retainer Online

As a courtesy to our clients, Henderson, Caverly, Pum & Trytten LLP accepts credit cards for payments of invoices, trusts and retainers. The Firm has partnered with LawPay to provide the convenience of making online payments via a PCI-compliant, secure webpage. Paying online eliminates the need for writing a check, saves time and postage.


Existing clients wishing to pay an invoice they have received with will need to enter the Client Matter Number or Invoice Number as it appears on the invoice, along with the amount being paid. Please click on the “Invoice Payments” link below.

Existing clients may also replenish their trust or retainer as directed by their attorney. To replenish a trust & retainer, click on the “Trust & Retainer Payments” link below.

New clients, upon direction of your attorney and execution of an engagement letter, may also make their retainer payment by clicking the “Trust & Retainer Payments” link below.
