Lisa Roper is an associate in the Litigation Group at Henderson, Caverly, Pum & Charney LLP, where she assists clients in trust, probate, commercial, civil, and tax litigation matters. In addition to litigation matters, Ms. Roper also assists clients in commercial law and business transactions, including real estate transactions.
Ms. Roper received her law degree in 2011 and her LL.M. in Taxation in 2015 from the University of San Diego School of Law. Ms. Roper received her bachelor’s degree in Biology in 2006 from the University of California San Diego.
Ms. Roper is a member of the California State Bar Association; the San Diego County Bar Association, Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Section; and the Probate Attorneys of San Diego.
Prior to joining Henderson, Caverly, Pum & Charney LLP, Ms. Roper was in house counsel at a federally chartered savings bank where she advised on transactional matters, including drafting and negotiating loan agreements and other contracts, and managed related litigation.
