Eric Baggett is an associate in the Estates and Trusts Group at Henderson, Caverly, Pum & Charney LLP, where he assists clients in estate planning, estate and trust administration, charitable planning, and a variety of tax related matters.
Mr. Baggett received his LL.M. in Taxation in 2012 from the University of San Diego School of Law, where he was awarded a Graduate Law Merit Scholarship. Mr. Baggett received his law degree in 2007 from the University of San Diego School of Law and his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in 2004 from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
Mr. Baggett is a member of the California State Bar Association, Taxation and Estate Planning, Trust, Probate Sections; the San Diego County Bar Association, Taxation and Estate Planning, Trust, and Probate Sections; and the North County Estate Planning Council. Mr. Baggett also Chairs the San Diego Chapter of Young Tax Lawyers of the California State Bar.
Prior to joining Henderson, Caverly, Pum & Charney LLP in 2011, Mr. Baggett was a tax, trusts, and estates associate at a local law firm.
